Who`s Who Legal (WWL), a sister publication of the Global Arbitration Review (GAR), has published its 2022 International Arbitration Research Report, which features market-leading arbitration practitioners from 93 jurisdictions. With over 65,000 data points, complemented by hundreds of face-to-face interviews, this is our most comprehensive analysis to date of the international arbitration market with over 1,000 lawyers from 93 jurisdictions. In addition, nearly 300 experts will be highlighted for their extensive expertise. Who`s Who Legal, published by Law Business Research Limited, is a leading legal directory listing leading practitioners in many areas of business law. The annual report, which identifies the best lawyers and experts in international arbitration for 2023, will show 150 more people than last year. Our Legal Marketplace analyses cover the world`s best practitioners in all jurisdictions, according to this year`s study. We also highlight companies whose individuals have stood out. This year, 758 future leaders are listed. As part of the 2022 research process, thousands of practitioners and reviewers responded to our requests for market feedback, resulting in lists listing lawyers and experts from 93 countries, while representing more than 850 law firms, law firms, and consulting firms. WWL considered the inclusion of 4,173 practitioners in our core rosters of arbitration and arbitration experts (excluding future executives). Of these, 1,445 practitioners were listed as recommended practitioners, while only 103 (2.4%) received our highest ranking as thought leaders of the global elite. This year alone, respondents also submitted more than 10,500 individual comments on the practitioners considered. This extraordinary response led us to publish for the second time a selection of the feedback received for each practitioner with a professional biography.
